This beautiful woman was from New Zealand.
We all called her the Fairy Queen: she had such a delicate, queenly elegance.

THE STARRY PROCESSIONAL WITH THE ECUADORIAN SOCCER TEAM!
This was a momentous occasion.
During our entire stay in Ecuador, the Pan American Cup finals were taking place in Quito.
The Ecuadorian team, who were national heros, were staying at our hotel.
This created a lot of pandemonium since they were constantly followed by hoards of television crews.
After a few days, some of the Ecuadorian soccer players approached members of our group
and asked if they could participate in one of our activities.
They liked our energy and knew that we were doing something special.
So we had a special afternoon session and danced the Starry Processional with the entire team.
Even their coach from Croatia participated....
It was an amazing sight. A true blending of Earth and Star as we danced in our flowing whites,
interspersed with the Ecuadorian team in their official uniforms.
And since everything they did was televised,
that night all of Ecuador got to see our Starry Processional on nationwide television!
